Yoga and Movement Training

I'm a firm believer that yoga will meet you exactly where you are, no matter where that might be on your journey. My own path with yoga began in my 20s, initially as a way to stay physically active. But it wasn’t until my 30s, when yoga found its way back into my life, that I truly began to appreciate its spiritual depth. As my practice deepened, I became increasingly aware of the subtle shifts in energy that yoga can create, unraveling deeper layers of the self. Through a consistent and committed practice, I've learned to connect with my inner teacher and release limiting beliefs that no longer serve me.

My practice has been greatly influenced by the wisdom and guidance of teachers like Meghan Currie, Erin Kelly, and Steph Gongora. Because of them, my approach to yoga is fluid, playful, strong, and graceful. I aim to connect with the breath, let go of the ego, and tap into a higher aspect of myself through movement. For me, yoga is a moving meditation—a way to ride the breath of consciousness and allow the practice to reach deeper levels of being.

With extensive studies in anatomy, I'm passionate about cultivating functional, active mobility that enhances movement in everyday life. I work with fascia lines and embrace the concept that "motion is lotion," enabling you to live your best, most active life. My deepest joy comes from sharing both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga with others. My goal is to help you find peace, balance, and connection within yourself. In my teaching, I strive to create a safe, well-balanced practice through a combination of visual, oral, and physical adjustments, ensuring that you experience the best alignment and the full benefits of your practice.

Hypnotherapy Eductation

After moving to France and experiencing the transformative power of hypnosis firsthand, I discovered my passion for Hypnotherapy. Eager to learn more, I dove into extensive studies on the subject and began my training with the world-renowned Psychologist and Hypnotherapist, Prof. Dr. Keith Hearne. Dr. Hearne, a pioneer in Dream Therapy and Lucid Dreaming, has been a significant influence on my journey. He's appeared on numerous television programs as an expert in his field and authored many books on Hypnotherapy. Recently, I had the privilege of furthering my studies with Karen E. Wells, a highly regarded Hypnotherapist who trained with the late Michael Newton and provided training for the Michael Newton Institute in Europe.

Counselling Training

After graduating from university in 2003 with a degree in Community Studies, I began working at an inner-city advice center, where I had the opportunity to help vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals. It was during this time that I developed a deep interest in supporting those struggling with substance abuse. This passion led me to pursue a career as a therapist at a well-known drug and alcohol charity, where I could make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
